RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At YANT London, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality. However, if you need to return an item, our policy is outlined below in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
30-Day Return Policy & Strict Condition Requirements You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be strictly unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact pristine condition that you received it. All original security tags, labels, and packaging must be fully intact and unremoved. Warning: We reserve the right to strictly refuse any returns that show signs of wear, makeup, perfume, smoke, or damage. Rejected items will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
Natural Material & Color Tone Disclaimer (Important) All our garments are meticulously hand-crafted from 100% genuine leather, sheepskin, and shearling. Because these are natural, organic materials, no two items are exactly alike. Please be aware that slight variations in color tones, shading, shearling density, texture, and natural markings (such as grain differences or minor natural scars) are entirely normal. Furthermore, screen calibrations vary, meaning the color on your device may slightly differ from the physical item. These variations are not manufacturing defects or flaws; they are the hallmarks of authentic, premium natural materials. We do not accept returns claiming these natural characteristics or slight color tone shifts as “faults” or “defective items”.
Return Process & Liability To initiate a return, email us at info@yantlondon.co.uk. If accepted, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. YANT London is not legally liable for return packages lost or damaged in transit by your chosen courier.
Refunds Once received and thoroughly inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
